1. Scope and contracting party
These terms describe the use of the digital restaurant functions for reservations, QR orders and pickup orders.
The contracting party for hospitality services is the restaurant identified in the offering and the relevant flow. eversecurely GmbH supplies the software and is not, for that reason alone, the seller of food or drinks.
2. Reservations
- Before submission, party size, date, time, contact details and notes can be reviewed and corrected.
- After submission, the application displays the saved status. A reservation should only be treated as confirmed when its status is “confirmed” or the restaurant expressly confirms it; “pending” is not a confirmation.
- The displayed booking reference or secure management link is used to identify the booking. Keep it safe and do not publish it.
- Changes or cancellations can be made through an offered management function or directly with the restaurant. Only fees or deadlines effectively disclosed in advance by the restaurant apply; these terms do not create a no-show charge.
3. QR and pickup orders
- For a QR order, the selected items are sent to the restaurant and restaurant context identified in the flow.
- For a pickup order, the displayed restaurant, range, pickup window, prices and status shown in the ordering flow apply.
- Before the submission identified as binding, items, options, quantities and contact details can be reviewed and corrected in the ordering flow.
- The restaurant communicates unavailable items or necessary changes.
4. Prices and payment
The prices and additional costs displayed by the restaurant in the specific offering and before submission apply. This page does not promise any particular payment method.
The payment method shown in the specific flow or agreed with the restaurant applies. Supplying the software does not automatically make eversecurely GmbH the payee or merchant.
5. Details, allergies and secure use
- Provide complete and accurate details so that the restaurant can process the request.
- For allergies or intolerances, ask the restaurant directly before ordering or consuming; digital notes do not replace individual advice.
- Secure management or receipt links may only be shared with people authorized to view or manage the relevant transaction.
6. Changes and problems
Contact the restaurant about questions, errors or complaints concerning reservations, orders, food, payment or service. Technical software errors may also be reported to info@eversecurely.ch.
If a technical message fails after the transaction has been saved, this does not automatically invalidate the saved transaction. The displayed status and clarification with the restaurant are authoritative.
7. Mandatory rights and applicable law
Guests’ mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Swiss law otherwise applies, subject to mandatory jurisdiction and protective provisions.
